The yearbook "Danubiana Carpathica. Jahrbuch für Geschichte und Kultur in den deutschen Siedlungsgebieten Südosteuropas" (Yearbook for History and Culture in the German Settlement Areas of Southeastern Europe) is published as a joint project of renowned academic institutions and offers heterogeneous perspectives on (Southeastern) Europe every year.

The yearbook "Danubiana Carpathica. Jahrbuch für Geschichte und Kultur in den deutschen Siedlungsgebieten Südosteuropas" has been published since 2007 on behalf of the Commission for the History and Culture of the Germans in Southeast Europe, the Institute for Danube Swabian History and Regional Studies and the Institute for German Culture and History of Southeast Europe. The yearbook sees itself as an international forum for a multidisciplinary, comparative and transnational approach to the multiculturalism of this region. Since 2020, the Bukovina Institute at the University of Augsburg has been a co-editor.
