The series "Publications of the Northeast Institute" focuses primarily on outstanding dissertations and postdoctoral theses as well as translations on all aspects of the history of Northeastern Europe.
The scholarly series includes monographs and anthologies on various aspects of the history of Northeastern Europe from the Middle Ages to contemporary historical issues. The publications of the Nordost-Institut have been published by Harrassowitz Verlag Wiesbaden since 2006. The individual titles of the series are available in bookshops.
