Dylan McNeill received an Undergraduate Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from University of Toronto in 2021. Dylan McNeill is currently a Graduate student in the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, Centre for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies at University of Toronto. Dylan McNeill’s academic interests include European, Russian and Eurasian history and affairs and post-Soviet democratization. Dylan McNeill’s hobby interests include a deep enthusiasm for classical and jazz musicianship.
