Lukas Vogel studies History and Interdisciplinary Polish Studies in the Master's program of the Aleksander-Brückner-Center at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. His interests are the modern history of Poland and Western Ukraine as well as their respective everyday cultures. Besides his studies, he is also involved in the GFPS (Gemeinschaft für studentischen Austausch in Mittel- und Osteuropa), which promotes exchange and understanding between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
