Do you deal with the culture and history of Germans in the Czech Lands, especially their interaction with Czech culture and other cultures of this region? If so, you can apply for a scholarship of the Adalbert Stifter Association.
Every year, the Adalbert Stifter Association awards four scholarships, each worth 500€. Students, scientists, artists and writers who are interested in the culture and history of the Germans in the Czech Lands, especially their interaction with Czech culture and other cultures in this region are eligible to apply. An informal application is sufficient (cover letter, exposé, curriculum vitae), and must clarify the details of the project as well as relevant information about the applicant's background/career. In the case of applicants who are carrying out research work towards a qualification, a short assessment written by their supervisor can be enclosed. The entire application should not exceed five pages. The board of the Adalbert Stifter Association decides on the allocation of the scholarships.
