The BKGE's publication series is aimed both at the specialist scientific community and at a scientifically interested public.
The range of publications includes basic monographs and anthologies as well as archive guides, source editions and translations. The publication series also includes a sub-series of issues on conferences, in which the results of conferences organized by the BKGE and its partner institutions are presented.
All issues—except for the titles currently being published—are also available in digitalized form in open access. The links ("Zur Online-Ausgabe ") can be found at the bottom of the page of each respective issue.
The publications of the BKGE are published by de Gruyter (Munich, Boston).
